Accompanied by her husband, son and daughter, Adelaide Wilson returns to the beachfront home where she grew up as a child. Haunted by a traumatic experience from the past, Adelaide grows increasingly concerned that something bad is going to happen. Her worst fears soon become a reality when four masked strangers descend upon the house, forcing the Wilsons into a fight for survival. When the masks come off, the family is horrified to learn that each attacker takes the appearance of one of them.

  1. Now it makes sense to me why she was talking about God which is more of a surface world concept than an underground concept. It’s because she was the real one.

  2. If you found this movie boring you clearly don’t understand film, storytelling just because it wasn’t a blood bath like some people wanted it to be. Great movies have a story. This one had a story and it makes you think even more after watching it.

  3. Anyone had to take a breath when they heard red speak she sounded so winded i couldn’t tell if it was the damage from being choked by Adelaide when they were young or if this is her first time speaking for several years her acting was so chilling it felt real

  4. Lupita Nyong’o’s performance in this was incredible! Both terrifying and warm at the same time, she deserved an Oscar nomination!

  5. Red: The shadow had Abraham, it didn’t matter if she loved him or not
