  1. if you're getting FZ200, why the need to get TZ40? and vice versa. I think they're mutually excludable. Higher apperture on FZ200. GPS on TZ40. -not much else different, except the size. You might cover a better range by getting only 1 of the cameras above plus LX7 (even brighter lense than FZ200, larger sensor)

  2. Panasonic Lumix >>>>>>>>FZ6>>>FZ18>>>FZ28>>>FZ150 Had all, Faultless.
TZ8>>>TZ 30>>>Have them both. Will have to get both the FZ200 & TZ40>>>f2.8 through out the zoom range>>>who can compete.

  3. Hey, have you tried "photo SFX art" (just search on Google for it …)? On their website you can watch a useful free video showing the best way to make impressive photos. It helped Matt to take photos which have a jaw-dropping-effect when you look at them. Hopefully it helps you too…

  4. I have the TZ20 – so what's the difference between the TZ20 and the TZ30?

PS: to the designers: i'm still waiting for a camera that gives really good close ups e.g. of the sharpe end of a pin and long distance to get e.g. a very clear view of the moon and also works really well at night e.g. capturing foxes oustide my house etc… Currently real close ups blur, night/dusk photos are grainy and not very good, maybe the TZ40 or 50 you may just get there???? i'll challenge you…..
